is basically bs, because it COUNTS upon your having an UNFASTENED coat as your concealing garment. That's bs, because cold, wet weather, wind, decorum, etc, can MAKE you fasten your coat shut, and then the FBI draw wont WORK. Neither will it work if a sweater, sweatshirt, or shirt is the concealing garment. So, even if wearing an open coat, best learn to always use the weak hand to "fling' the coattail up and clear of the gun. Strong hand only draws should of course be practiced, but the are the RARITY, not the commonplace.
