snapshooting is of a LOT more value than full auto is (in a rifle) Full auto also means either you screw up your silencer, or you carry around a bigger, heavier, LOTS more expensive silencer. So, like I said, everyone who knows their asses from holes in the ground say full auto sucks for the civilian, with the possible exception of the .22-AR conversion unit. If you ran low on 223, and had lots of high velocity .22lr ammo, the 7-10 rd full auto burst stays on a man's chest at 100m, from the bipod. that makes it as effective as getting about half of a #4 buckshot load on his chest, at 50 ft or so. That's typical, since buck blasts are RARELY centered on the chest. If they WERE, guys would use the RIFLE instead of buckshot.
