I've been attacked, or an ATTEMPT was made to attack me, MANY times now, and in NO case did I have more than about 1.5 seconds in which to have SKILL determine the outcome, rather than LUCK, and several times, if I hadn't responded in less than 1 second FLAT, I'd have had to shoot somebody. Instead, I got the gun 'on" them, and they stopped, and I went on my way unmolested. several times, I reacted and busted their chops in .5 second, too. At typical, sudden unarmed attack, (or sneak approach with knife) you wont have time to draw a ccw'd gun, regardless of WHO you are, unless you have your hand ON a pocket gun. Even then, you are VERY likely to need FAST footwork, blocks, etc, in order to get the gun out and "on" the guy, before he tackles u and you end up wrassling for control of YOUR gun.

Yep, I'd like to see this to !!!!! And when I was serving in the Middle East on my second tour, I was jumped and knifed by an infiltrator and his partner. I know the feeling all to well and I was carrying an SMG. While I spotted and jumped the first infiltrator, the second one that I hadn't seen knifed me. My partner that night f**ked up and was over 200 meters away from me.

Two months later I jumped a lone infiltrator, he and I ended up fighting for possession of my SMG. I stepped back recovered my grip on the SMG and buttstroked him. I was told that he ended up spending 3 months in the hospital.

Been there gunkid, if you wanna tell any more "war stories" I need at least 2 beer at the bar first. By the way, have I told you today that your a WANNABE! Now post a detailed kit list of what you have ready to go at this moment!
