I'd quote .90 second to react, make a ccw belt draw, hit 10" at 10 feet, he's say such and such lameass SA fast draw bozo did .30 sec,with blanks,hand hover start position, andmaking NOISE, ridiculous cowboy rig..

Funny thing is all the CAS/SASS shooting I've seen discussed by people who actually do it and I've never read anything about blanks.

Now waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back when Melvin was free man I do vaugly remember a craze involving QUICK DRAW competions that used both cartridge and cap&ball revolvers.

I imagine that still goes on but most of SASS does not involve shooting blanks unlike Melvin's posts. :bounce:
