Tommorow is opening day in a lot of Northern states for White Tail Deer. I'm running my dehydrator right now finishing up some beef jerky to knaw on while I'm out. To everybody that hunt's, GOOD LUCK! And be safe.

I'll be out there on Sunday for Turkey, then deer on Monday in upstate NY. Who knows maybe a bear too if I get really lucky.

City folk get lots of deer too - sometimes. Heck we need getting away more than most, but I will admit there are som kooks out there with guns, just don't think they are all from the city! LOL.
