without injury. So there's ZERO reason to "think" that ANY enemy is going to be holding STILL for more than 2 seconds, after they detect your hostile presence. So taking longer than that, after the first shot, on STATIONARY targets is just bs. Wont be of any use to you, that practice. Indeed, DANGEROUS men will probably be moving within ONE SECOND of detecting you. That means that a bolt action user getsONE shot (MAYBE) at a stationary target,and that's ALL he gets.
