Generally pretty close to what I use.

My old Ramen combo that kept other hikers from asking for a bite was ramen + tuna + mushroom soup.
Usually the looks of it got them.

I use a mix of the "Mountain house" type stuff and off the shelf stuff at the grocery store. Tuna Pouches, Spam Singles, meals in the foil pouches. Tortillas are a staple when hunting / camping instead of bread. I tend to make rolled up sandwiches with them. fill them like a sandwich and then roll it into a tube to eat. also, I'll toast them in a pan in camp and make quesadillas with cheese and a bit of meat.
