had just printed a nice 5 shot group with it, at 45m, the 6th chamber being the one I marked and never used, cause it was so badly out of line, when a dog came out and sniffed the target. Nice hit in ribs with 240 gr Winchester jhp, and he went right down, altho he did flop around a bit. About like they do with 90 gr 9mm jhp's. Had to adjust the windage a couple of feet, but the elevation was only off by a couple of inches. :)

One of these days your greatest fear will come true. You will shoot somebody's pet and its owner will give you a 9mm enema.

Rika, he never shot these dog's he brags about. He got terrified of dog's when they made him a canine handler in Korea in 1972. Don't get me wrong, I saw patrol and guard dog's in Viet Nam in 1969 and they WERE scary. The handler had to let them know who was boss. Dog's sense a weak human, and that's what John is. He couldn't handle the job, and was released from the Army early. Believe me, NOBODY was getting an "early out" 1972 unless they wanted to dump you.
