Its not for everyone but Coronado Leather makes all kinds of leather clothing and handbags that conceal pistols. Now that its getting cooler I can wear my vest carrying the Colt Officers Model over a skirt and blouse and look very fashionable. Mine is the black 3 snap model; not exactly my choice but it was a gift and I've gotten to like it.

Andy, the idea is to conceal the pistol. The vest makes it very easy to do while looking nice and unarmed. You are the only one who wants to go around looking like a hobo.
