From what I understand, it is perfectly lawful to own a flamethrower in most locals. I could be wrong on this next statement, so check before acting on it, but I seem to recall that a flamethrower is not NFA regulated.

My nagant m44 was made in 1946. My nagant 91/30 was made in 1942.

I got no pics, but my good pal let me shoot his and I watched him shoot at stuff at a long ways out and it's a nice shooter, kicks though...
