I never stupidly used lots of different action types and triggers, nor wasted my time on bs like Cowboy action or BE or position rifle shooting.

If you can use prone, you can use a bipod, FASTER than you can sling up and fire "legal" prone. If you can sit, you can use x'd arrow shafts or backpack as rifle rest, FASTER than you can sling up and use "legal' sitting. It's STUPID to disallow scopes, as they are WELL proven to be MORE practical than the BULLCRAP peep sights that ARE allowed. To not MENTION the bs shooting jackets, gloves, mats, etc.
Since nobody who's dumb enough to be stationary, exposed, in the open, in daylight, is any sort of a threat, there's basically no realistic reason to bother with long range rifle bs. That is, to worry about getting FIRST round hits, beyond about 1/4 mile. It just aint likely enough to happen, given typical cold, heat, wind, mirage, exhaustion, snow, fog, rain, etc, when you HAVE to get the hit. WANTING to fire does NOT = NEEDING to hit, children.
