:) I never stupidly used lots of different action types and triggers, nor wasted my time on bs like Cowboy action or BE or position rifle shooting. :) If you can use prone, you can use a bipod, FASTER than you can sling up and fire "legal" prone. If you can sit, you can use x'd arrow shafts or backpack as rifle rest, FASTER than you can sling up and use "legal' sitting. It's STUPID to disallow scopes, as they are WELL proven to be MORE practical than the BULLCRAP peep sights that ARE allowed. To not MENTION the bs shooting jackets, gloves, mats, etc.

Since nobody who's dumb enough to be stationary, exposed, in the open, in daylight, is any sort of a threat, there's basically no realistic reason to bother with long range rifle bs. That is, to worry about getting FIRST round hits, beyond about 1/4 mile. It just aint likely enough to happen, given typical cold, heat, wind, mirage, exhaustion, snow, fog, rain, etc, when you HAVE to get the hit. WANTING to fire does NOT = NEEDING to hit, children.

I can't believe how jealous you are of these men. Even of me. All you do is bray about how great you are and everybody knows that its a fantasy. Even your friend Hack said that you were only so-so hack more than 20 years ago. Hardly even considered a competitor.

Sad.

What Hack DID say, dummy, was that

"that boy IS deadly, aint he?' :) To Rick Miller, after I three times straight, reacted, drew, and hit a 4" balloon, at 10 yds, in 1.35 seconds, or less. Using an openly worn, but EXTREMELY concealable Bruce Nelso x draw rig, starting hands in "surrender". The day you can come CLOSE to that performance, you let me know. :) He and Miller had each just got thru taking 1.60+ seconds, and MISSED. He also said that if you wanted to see what .22-45 unit training could do for you, to look me up. He also spoke of seeing me react to a signal, be in a Weaver, swap mags, and hit the A zone, at 5 yds, in 1.60 seconds, or faster. The latter two comments were in PRINT, in his column in SOF.

I have a number of rifles with a variety of sights, be it iron, a 4x12, a electronic red dot, etc. How about you, what does your wife have on hers? You keep mentioning people standing out in the open, is this part of your fantasy?? It must be, nobody has actually said they would do it. As for the cold, exhaustion, etc, try doing some research on applicable kit, join a gym, in short get a life.

Doesn't matter, they are they only guns that you get to shoot. Must be pathetic to have a woman support you.

I wonder does anybody have old editions of SOF from '75 to '79?

NUTTY JOHN, You know Ken Hackathorne doesn't like your putting his phone number out on the Internet. This is just more evidence of your lack of respect, for anything, or anybody.

NUTTY JOHN, nobody likes you, or respects you, and the above indescretion, is just one of the reasons why. That, and your potty mouth, along with your uncontrolled boasting of your non-existent feats of weaponry skills. :toilet: :roflmao1: :nyah: :roflmao1: :nyah: :roflmao1: :nyah:

USPSA has no records prior to the Columbia Convention. There is no record, membership number, or classification at USPSA Headquarters for any of the folks shooting back when andy claims to have been shooting. He can't prove he is the real deal, I can't prove he is not.

FWIW, the ballon gig and reload is doable. Heck, maybe andy did it, maybe not.

Hack never said anything of the kind, you lying pos.
You know something, NUTTY JOHN, all that needs to be done, is a third party to call Hackathorn, and verify if he wants, or does not want, his phone number on the Internet. Should be pretty simple!

Do you want to be caught in ANOTHER LIE AGAIN, NUTTY JOHN?

I just got off the phone with Ken Hackathorn. We had an interesting conversation. I don't think it's appropriate for me to speak for Mr. Hackathorn but he did ask me to asdk one of the moderators to delete his phone number from John's post. I know it's the Internet, and the moderators can do as they see fit, but Mr. Hackathorn doesn't wants no association with John Davis.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when giving out references, shouldn't you pick people that give favorable responses? (Of course Gunkid would have a tough time finding one of those - wouldn't he?)

Name dropping the names of people that dislike you, is well, stupid...

So, without speaking for Mr. Hackathorn, would HardRock's characterization be closer to the truth than Andy's?

Ankeny, you aren't the only one who calle Mr Hackathorn.
Funny how those that actually talk to him have pretty much the same things said to them. None of which is positive about GoonKid.
