in S Cal. Answered an ad in paper for "30 Carbine", 1984, figured it might be worth the price, IF lots of spare mags, folding stock or ammo was involved, Guy said he had "dozens of clips". Larry asked him if they were 15 or 30 rders. Guy said clips hold 8 rds. Larry asked him if clips loaded from bottom of gun, or from top. Guy said top, Laryy said:' Ill be right over". 
I shot this rifle, it was a very fast handling gun, not that bad in recoil, even from prone and with the steel buttplate.
