who's 7 yds away, and he charges me, I am blowing one right over his head when he closes to about 10 ft, and then he's getting a couple in his chest as he takes his next 1-2 steps, and then I'll brain him as I front kick his chest. He might get a slash on my leg, in the 1x in 20 times that a pair of MY loads don't drop him. Since I dont expecet to be charged by a knife or club wielder more than 1-2x in my life (when he can SEE the gun) I consider a 1 in 20 failure ratio to be acceptable.
