If I take 1.60 seconds to react, hand

in pocket start, draw, double tap 2 guys, and single hit a third, HOW is that "tactically less sound" than a twit like garnad's taking 3 full seconds to react, ccw belt draw, and hit all 3 guys ONCE, hmm? What MATTERS is the hits, the shock of the hits, and the TIME that the hits took, not how many shots were fired.
