and maybe 4 lbs of water, if your evac route is alongside water sources. Without the worry of hostile men, you only need a silenced .22 lr handgun and there's much less worry about being able to run, much less fear of what it means to be sick or hurt. So you COULD (probably get away with carrying just 15-16 lbs of gear, 4-8 lbs of water, and up to 30 lbs of food (IF you are fit enough). Still need a fighting/foraging tool, tho, a silent, concealable one, and need the NVD goggles in the worst way.
That much food and gear would get you thru 3 weeks of whatever the problem is, altho you'd still lose a lb of body weight per day if you didn't forage anything. IF 3 weeks doesn't suffice, to get things up and running properly, it WILL be shtf and you WILL need the rifle, ammo, rifle silencer, body armor, extra water being carried, etc. 3 weeks, with proper gear and food to sustain you, should let you find many sources of food, so this pack could be expended.
So the rifle, ammo, armor, etc, can probably be cached "near" the concealed dugout, IF THAT IS you have the ability to get there at night, (ie NVDs, TRIED it already, the BOL aint far from your normal AO) as well as have the good sense to not TRY to go in daylight, and if you subsequently stay out of sight during daylight hours. Sheltering in existing buildings, vehicles and the like will be asking for trouble, for at least a year, if its' shtf, and for a month or so if it's 'only" a storm, quake, major fire, etc.
