or how many rds u fire, dummy. It's about what you can do with the ones you CARRY. My 3 choices can do anything that NEEDS doing, and their total wt is under 10 lbs, to include the can on the CAR,its scope and mount the .22 unit, and the can on the M21. That makes them CARRYABLE, all three of them, and between them, they cover all the necessary bases. The canned .22 pistol, the powerful pocket centerfire, the 223 for the RARE occasiion when you need more power, range and penetration than the .22 unit offers. The 2 pistols are feasible to BOTH be ccw'd, NOW, for specific "missions', wherein the quiet .22 is the pc of choice, the centerfire is for unexpected problems that sometimes crop up. Back up those 2 with body armor and a grenade or 2, and you can look just like anyone else in the street, but be pretty damned ready to handle some pretty serious opposition, either on the way in or the way out of taking care of some biz.

If the balloon ever goes up, only an idiot would chose bugging out by foot as his first option, rather than his FINAL option. My SUV can carry far more than my pack can. If I have to abandon my vehicle I could possibly cache the rest of my kit, which would allow me to extend my survival. If not a vehicle, quad, or a horse, mountain bike, anything but walking. I don't believe in being a one trick pony, versatility and flexibility. Besides gunkid, you only fantasize about those firearms. You don't actually own any.

One of the side benefits of having multiple weapons NOW is the familiarity with different weapon types and teh ability to shot them well.

Besides, walking as a first resort is nothing more than a result of piss poor planning.

Anyway, multiple weapons, if something happens to some, you still have more.

I don't understand how anyone can be so inflexible in their thinking - and so totally fixated on guns that they ignore getting other quality survival equipment. You would think that he would have learned after 50+ years.

Wait till he's trying to dress out a deer with that silly shaving razor of his and he realizes, as he struggles, that he has yet to shoot someone with that Star BM that he spent so much time and effort on.

Stupekid's three choices are one's he CAN'T carry. They are the ones he DOSN'T have. They are the ones he'll get BUSTED FOR if he is caught with even a bullet for any of them. They are DREAMS of his, and a .22 in your hand is better than a Stupekid wet dream.
