potential. As issued, it's about a 2.5" grouper at 10m. A used M21 is about $150. u do NOT find used Walther TPH's for $300, nor do they group better than that, nor are their trigger pulls anything LIKE as good as the M21's, nor are they even remotely as easy to fit with a threaded barrel, for can-mounting.
Just $150 (or so) on sights=2x M21 accuracy
