I"ve seen data around the net. What bullet wt are you using, and is it cast or jacketed? What powder do you want to use, and what velocity do you want to get? You can do a search for Clark Custom guns, and for the 460 Rowland, and take a look at some of the powders used. THe Rowland is quite a bit hotter than the Super, tho, so back off on the powder amounts and work up slowly. Do you have a fully supported barrel? I'd search for Ace Custom Guns(the originator of the .45 Super) and Texas Ammo supply (I think is the name of the outfit). I'd also ask this question on The High Road Forums, and on Glock Talk.
