add any real capability (with the possible exception of suppressed .22lr versions)and costs $5000,minimum to get started. You can't make your own full auto pc (legally)like you can your own suppressor. and the suppressor is easily 10x as useful. So if you want to go to all the trouble to legally own Class 3 stuff, get a can or 2, not a full auto pc. If you just want to have some fun,stick to the .22's on full auto. At least then you "only" spend $40 an hour, instead of 5-10x that much, and you can do it at indoor ranges.
