Okay. Evidently another freshman-level lesson in body armor is needed.

A level IIIA vest is rated to stop a 10mm-diameter bullet at up to 1155fps or 533 ft/lbs of energy. That level IIIA vest was defeated because they shot it with a 10mm-diameter bullet at over 2300fps and over 700 ft/lbs of energy.

Now, read slowly and try to keep up. If you shoot soft armor with a bullet running twice as fast as the armor is rated for, guess what... the armor won’t stop that bullet. Anyone in the room who’s surprised by that, please raise your hand and someone here will be happy to go over it again; using smaller words this time if necessary. Wow.

But aside from the simplified Body Armor 101 lesson above, let’s look at your premise for this thread:
once again,I'm proven correct
Fwiw, a reminder of one of the many times you claimed the 10mm was pointless:
10mm does nothing .45 ACP cant do, for less cost,if you just load the .45 properly.
So if this statement of yours is true, a 45acp could absolutely do what this 10mm load did. And if it’s not true... (never mind; we all know it’s not true). It’s not true because a 10mm offers more than 90% of the 45acp’s case capacity, at more then 160% the case pressure of even a +P 45acp loading.

So we know that your “45acp can do everything 10mm can do” claim is incorrect. Hugely incorrect. Blindingly incorrect. Kindergarten-level incorrect.

Exactly what prediction of yours was “proven correct”...? Please elaborate.
