rifle, and 50rds of .22lr weigh no more than does a slingshot. Waste a LOT of time TRYING to make aslingshot be worth a crap, and TRYING to get close enough to hit game with it (with riflemen trying to shoot you on sight).
Take a deep breath there sparky. Nobody said that the slingshot was superior to the canned 22. We just said that it was a fun and effective alternate way of hunting small game. You seem to have a deep seated fear of slingshots. Did an unpleasant childhood experience cause this? Perhaps its just because you lack the co-ordination to employ one effectively. Call Nurse Betty right now and she will bring your meds.
Only twits think silencers are the only way. If they lose that silencer they are just helpless. Many times people get lost in the woods and they don't back silencers. In fact, look at dumbkid. He can't pack any firearm while hiking. That explains why he does not hike more than 1/2 day. He is scared of the woods. He has to gun, not even a long knife.
That also explains why he is so fixated on SHTF. Since he cannot train nor arm himself, he is in a real snit and that's all he can think about.
