as can an FBI rig, and IWB, in front of the hip, is JUST as fast as the speed rig. I've PROVEN that, many times.

My IPSC holster is the Safariland Model 008 "Final Option". Great holster on the range when your only carrying around a belt full of ammo and gun, for a short period of time. Pretty much useless for anything else. But then I've actually carried a handgun in the field.
