Someone should let the admin to that site know that they need to change SOMETHING, and darned quick.

I offer webhosting for a measily $10 a month and the server seems quite secure and reliable. It's a managed server and the server tech guys are running security checks constantly to keep on top of things.

At the very least, they should go to a more robust message board system. Nothing is 100 percent secure, but some are definitely better than others.

I know who made the graphic. But, the maker, isn't the one doing the hacking.

If you look on HCT, FullAuto, and maybe Pre-Ban, you will see copies of the graphic, where the hacker probably grabbed it from.
