I've always seen the scope for a Garand mounted on the side, never on the top like you have it. Is that something new?

How come my brother hasn't gotten me a Garand? I'm going to call him tonite and yell at him for being a bad brother.

The mount is a B-square mount on the left side of the receiver, although the picture looks a little different. Now I just have to get some ammo any suggestions?
