I said:" As soon as you let go of your coattail, we can start", and his hand flew open like I'd hit him with a cattle prod. I was ALREADY LETTING him cheat, using an UNFASTENED safety pin to BARELY hold shut his windbreaker. That kind of crap went on, and I was still .20 second faster than the 2nd place guy (lawyer who taught Raul all the cheating, Dick Thomas).
