Ray Woodruff of Oregon is the best dealer that I have dealt with. His prices are the best that I have found in this state and his guns are immaculate. He will go out of his way to treat you right.

He also does transfers and doesn't charge to send out a copy of his FFL like my local dealers do. He takes Paypal w/o charging that 3.5 percent that most others do. I will gladly drive the hour and a half to give him my business.

He doesn't have a shop and he lives in Waldport. He usually has a table at the Portland Expo gunshows (just one day).

My wife likes to go to his place because it's right on the ocean and it's about the only time she gets me out to the coast .
