Gunshop has a set in. Will they work for forming from 5.56/ 223 brass?

yes. you have to trim them first.

I have a trimming jig from carolina squirrel or something, and a little cutoff saw I got from ebay. I cut the cases slightly too long, form them in the die and then trim to spec. I have a case checker I use.

Once they've been made, I only have to check the cases every so often.

I still have not gotten the upper finished but I thought I'd get'em while the getting is good.
