Pretty stupid of some fool to pack a rifle that's not much more effective at 250m than a small Makarov pistol.
Besides, that Makarov, which a 10 year old can operate and carry conceiled, has a much higher chance of hitting at 10ft than some fool does with his castrated CAR at 250m.
Doesn't matter anyway, because the same fool doesn't even have the basic minimum gear or skill it takes to survive nature and the elements.
