If a 22 HG is so great then a MAK is lots better. The MAK handles good, is powerful and ammo is cheap for plenty of practice. The MAK can be canned too if you want.
So what does the High Standard and its single thickness screen wire suppressor have to do with the MAK? I think a quality suppressor could be fitted to the MAK without problem. Also IIRC your 'can' uses the screen wire baffles too or did you forget that?
No personal experience here Gripper. I know that they sell threaded extended barrels for the MAK and its logical that if you can suppress a 380 then you can suppress the 9x18 MAK.
