I'm not so sure even about that. A small tactical weapon like he's blathering about probably wouldn't. They were constructed with the idea that nukes (big ones) may well be falling near it. Not to mention they were designed in the event of a meltdown to contain the nuclear material forever. You'd probably have to get inside the building with the tactical nuke to destroy it.mrostov said:
