the canned, 11" CAR-15 easily-enough reaches 400 yd torsos, about 3/4 of the time. Since that's about twice the range that the .30 carbine, 30-30, 44 lever, AK clowns have, and since you NEVER DARE tell THEM that their choices are "too short ranged", you are just fos with your claims about the CAR-15.

That's a pretty good non-sequitor. all these unrelated ideas.

Since when does telling or not telling anyone anything cause something to be true or false?

pretzel logic at it's best.....

A canned CAR MIGHT reach 400 yards 3/4s of the time IF you were a expert shot, IF you had a very good rest, and IF you KNEW it was 400 yards. The pos CAR has a pitiful trajectory, pitiful bullet weight, pitiful for 400 yard shooting.

Don't spend you time an a specialty weapon when this will be your ONLY rifle. At least a full sized AR-15! The Army ditched the CAR and the Carbine. That tells you something.

Let's see, do we trust our lives to 3/4 of the time, or 100% of the time? I'm even willing to be generous to GK and say 90%

I'd rather miss 10 out of 100 than 25 out of 100.

In GK's world, the 90% is 2 and 1/2 times more effective than the 75%

but, using a round that's 2 and 1/2 times worse (again using GK logic) is ok by him - it isn't for me.

The 11.5" CAR-15 barrel is NOT a 400 yard item, plain and simple. It lacks both velocity and accuracy.
