at night. 1991. They'd have to have the guy driving the perimeter patrol truck (around the fenced, MAIN prison) to come man the control room, so that the 2 guards could go do head counts. They had about 60 paid workers there, but nearly all were 8-5 AM, many were cooks, teachers, bosses of the various work crews.
