You probably already know that Bush is planning to shift blocks of troops from home bases in old Europe. These folks will be coming home or going to other locations in Europe, emphasizing some of the former Soviet Block countries.

What are your feelings about this? Good or bad move strategically?

Good thoughts, John. Wonder how much of this is political fallout from France and Germany's recent behavior toward us. Regardless of whether that was a factor or not, it serves 'em right.
