Well, the MacAvoy timer Bill used was QUITE unproven, only 2 of them were EVER made, and the maker KEPT one of them. The start signal was a light flashing in the "eyes" of the target, so HOW did Tuner watch BOTH the timer light,AND Bill's hand, hmm?
