27.5 grs AA2520= 60grs, 2800 fps, 11" barrel 223.
Pull the bullets from Win White box 55 gr ball.Put in 27grs of AA2520,seat a 60 gr Nosler partition on it, fire thru a decent 11" barrel, and look at what's displayed on the screen,in warm weather, it will say 2800+ fps.
http://www.armslocker.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27718FACT is, 11" 223 safely gets [email protected] fps
on a chrono, any time you care to try it, 27 grs of AA2520.
http://www.armslocker.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2676060 grs, 2700 fps, 11" 223, aint hard to
get. 26.o-27.0 grs of AA2520
http://www.armslocker.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28136the fact remains that if u put 27.0.27.5 grs of AA2520 under a 60 gr V max, in a Winchester White box case (factory primer) and 11.5" barrel gets 2700-2800 fps
Andy - btw, POSTING A REPLY to a post is when you want to post a new message in the same thread as the one you are reading and want to continue with that particular discussion.
CREATING A NEW THREAD, is when you want to start a whole different topic different and separate from previously existing threads.
A THREAD is a continuous line of posts with a common topic, normally posted in chronological order. Normally a thread begins with a new topic post, and then is continued via REPLIES to that and following posts.
I have noticed a lot of disjointed threads on here which appear to be what SHOULD be continuations of an existing thread. So I felt some definitions might be in order
