It's a STUPID risk, and it AINT necessary. Get OUT of open country, at night ASAP, if hostilities start, that's all. find a hidey hold well before dawn, and stay in it all day. With a mountain bicycle, covering 30 miles a night is a pc of cake, in nearly any terrain, and 100 miles a night is feasible on pavement. a good bicycle runs in almost total silence, on pavement. It has to be either cloudy or dark of the moon not be be able to see well-enough to ride at 6-7 mph off road, or 15 mph on pavement, or even some prairie or desert terrain. Seeing you at night, and HITTING you are not even CLOSE to being one and the same thing. I know you punks THINK you are such wonderfully better shots than all the soldiers (who MISS 99.99% of the time) but you AINT, not when you are being shot at.

You won't make 30 miles at night on a mountain bike ubless you're on a road. You've never taken a mountain bike off road in your life, especially not in your AO.

The only one who ever spouts off about being in the open, is you.

If you're on a mtn bike, you ain't shooting at anyone. Even in the desert you aren't going to make the time you're claiming at night on a mtn bike.
