Warning levels???

I am really not using the warning system much on this site. It is an artifact that came along when I used the templates from the FaunaClassifieds site here. I do use it as a quick and dirty messaging system to people who I would like to draw attention to something they have put in their post, but for all intents and purposes, I am not planning to ban anyone in the near term.

I am hoping everyone will develop the maturity to match their cyberballs. Real professionals just don't act in a manner where they feel they have to prove themselves with every word they say. Belittling and being derogatory to other people with differing opinions is also generally something you just do not see people who are comfortable with their station in life and confident in their abilities, knowledges and experience. Calling someone derogatory names on a public forum reflects much more poorly on the person making such statements than it ever could for the person or persons being called such names. It never ceases to amaze me how completely transparent this fact is to the very people who claim to be someone who should know this intuitively.

So no, it is not my intention to ban anyone at all. I believe they will leave of their own accord when their actions makes everyone just completely discount and ignore anything they say. Hopefully, they will see this light before it is too late to repair the damage they have already inflicted upon themselves.
