shoulder height, draw and dryfire before the coin hits the deck. A truly fast man, open wear, can do this and get to Weaver before the coin hits, or to a one hand point shot, if concealed belt rig is used. With the one hand stuff, at that speed, you can miss aman entirely, at arm's length, but at least you've got the gun OUT. When you work at such things for a while, using a timer, you learn to slow down, say. .15-.20 second, and put that bullet right where you want it. You also learn to be comfortable, moving FAR faster than you ever could when you first started.
