I just got back from France this afternoon, and there are indeed McDonald's all over the place. Lat week, I stopped into one and had a Royal Cheese (Quarter Pounder w/ cheese).

Alas, the girl behind the counter was about as proficient in English as I am in French, so things got a bit confusing. Finally, I just replied "oui" to everything that she said, and wound up with a maxi (supersized) combo with Coca.
