1)they are loud.

2)they are expensive.example:20oz.handgun=$600-$900 while a 20oz.hammer is $9.99 @ Menards

3)only some parts of the BILL OF RIGHTS matter.gun owners aren't educated enough to understand that the 2nd amendment is irrelevant.

4)they require maintenence-takes time away from watching TV or sleeping

5)can be expensive to feed.(how much did Web Slave pay for a box of IMI/Barrett 50 cal?!)

6)they are not needed for self defense.people are naturally benign.if help is really needed then there is always a friendly,helpful police force waiting to help.

7)they don't "go"with anything.guns should be like ties or jewelry-they should complement the wardrobe.(cowboy rigs not withstanding)

9)after about six they become increasingly heavy to carry.

10)politicians-some thousands of miles away-have PROVEN that guns are bad.(TRUST ME.I'M FROM THE GOVERNMENT & AM HERE TO HELP YOU. )
